NOTICE OF CLOSURE OF INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

Dear Valued Customers,

National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) respectfully informs Valued Customers that inactive payment accounts will be closed in accordance with the prevailing regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam.

Accordingly, NCB will close payment accounts that simultaneously meet the following conditions:

- No transactions have been conducted continuously for a period of 24 months or more as of June 30, 2026;

- The account balance is lower than the inactive account management fee specified in NCB’s Schedule of Service Fees, which is VND 20,000 (twenty thousand Vietnamese dong) (excluding VAT).

Expected implementation period: From July 2026 through the end of August 2026.

To safeguard your rights and avoid any interruption in the use of services, Valued Customers who wish to continue maintaining their payment accounts are kindly requested to contact the nearest NCB Branch/Transaction Office before NCB proceeds with the account closure for guidance and support.

After the above-mentioned period, NCB will proceed with account closure in accordance with prevailing regulations without providing separate notice to each customer.
