e-BankingNCB Offers Thousands of Valuable Vouchers for Customers Reactivating Payment Accounts
National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) has announced the launch of the promotional program “Resume Transactions – Receive izi Gifts,” offering Urbox voucher combos worth up to VND 3,700,000 to encourage existing customers to reactivate their accounts and experience increasingly fast and convenient digital banking utilities on the NCB iziMobile platform.

Accordingly, during the period from March 2, 2026 to April 26, 2026, customers who opened accounts between January 1, 2024 and January 20, 2026 but have not maintained a CASA balance in the most recent three months, if they resume transactions such as transfers, bill payments, mobile top-ups, etc., with a minimum value of VND 50,000, will immediately receive a VND 20,000 Urbox voucher from NCB.
At the same time, customers will continue to receive additional attractive Urbox vouchers when maintaining transactions and account balances:
- Conduct transactions continuously for 07 days from the first transaction: receive an additional VND 50,000
- Maintain an average payment account balance of at least VND 1 million and conduct transactions in March: receive an additional VND 50,000
- Maintain an average payment account balance of at least VND 2 million and conduct transactions in March: receive an additional VND 80,000
👉 Total gift value customers can receive is up to VND 200,000 in Urbox vouchers.
Compete to maintain CASA, receive vouchers up to VND 3,000,000
In addition, NCB also offers special rewards for the Top 05 customers with the highest average payment account (CASA) balances each week and in March and April, in recognition of customers’ engagement and loyalty to the bank. Specifically:
Weekly Top Awards:
- Customers with an average payment account balance of at least VND 5 million and ranked Top 1 of the week: receive VND 500,000
- Customers with an average payment account balance of at least VND 4 million and ranked Top 2 of the week: receive VND 400,000
- Customers with an average payment account balance of at least VND 3 million and ranked Top 3 of the week: receive VND 300,000
- Customers with an average payment account balance of at least VND 2 million and ranked Top 4 of the week: receive VND 200,000
- Customers with an average payment account balance of at least VND 1 million and ranked Top 5 of the week: receive VND 50,000
Monthly Top Awards:
- Customers with an average payment account balance of at least VND 30 million and ranked Top 1 of the week: receive VND 3,000,000
- Customers with an average payment account balance of at least VND 25 million and ranked Top 2 of the week: receive VND 2,500,000
- Customers with an average payment account balance of at least VND 20 million and ranked Top 3 of the week: receive VND 2,000,000
- Customers with an average payment account balance of at least VND 15 million and ranked Top 4 of the week: receive VND 1,500,000
- Customers with an average payment account balance of at least VND 10 million and ranked Top 5 of the week: receive VND 1,000,000
