NCB Offers Cash Rewards of Up to VND 5 Million for Existing Customers Referring New Customers

In order to encourage customers to share their digital banking experience and enhance utility for new users, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) launches the program “Member Get Member” for existing customers who refer friends and relatives to open payment accounts via the NCB iziMobile digital banking application. The program offers various attractive rewards when newly referred customers fulfill the required conditions.

Accordingly, from March 2, 2026 to April 26, 2026, existing NCB customers can refer friends and relatives to open new payment accounts via electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) on the NCB iziMobile digital banking application. When the referred customers (referees) complete the program’s transaction conditions, the existing customers (referrers) will receive practical rewards.

Specifically, the referrer will receive:

- An immediate reward of VND 50,000: when the referred customer successfully opens a payment account, completes eKYC, enters the referrer’s code at the registration step, and performs at least 02 active transactions of VND 50,000 or more within 15 days from the account opening date.

- An additional reward of VND 50,000: when the referred customer maintains an average payment account balance (CASA) of at least VND 1,000,000 for 01 month from the account opening date.

- A further reward of VND 350,000: when the referred customer successfully issues an NCB credit card and achieves a minimum total spending of VND 500,000 within 15 days from the card issuance date.

In addition to the above practical rewards, the program also features a leaderboard for existing customers who successfully refer the highest number of new customers during the program period.

Accordingly, the top 03 customers on the leaderboard will receive valuable rewards:

- First Prize: VND 5,000,000

- Second Prize: VND 3,000,000

- Third Prize: VND 2,000,000

How to participate:

- Step 1: Open the NCB iziMobile app, select Settings to view your CIF number consisting of 8 digits. Example: 12305678

- Step 2: Instruct friends or relatives to perform the following on the NCB iziMobile application:

+ For referred customers opening accounts online, upon the first login after successful account opening, at the Referral Code field, enter MGM26 + the referrer’s CIF number to be recorded. Example: MGM2612345678

+ For referred customers opening accounts online, upon the first login after successful account opening, at the Referral Code field, enter the referrer’s CIF number to be recorded. Example: 12305678

- For referred customers applying for a credit card online, at the Supporting Staff Code field, enter the referrer’s CIF number to be recorded. Example: 12305678
