Amid the vibrant and bustling atmosphere of the final days of the Year of the Snake, the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) officially launches the Lookback 2025 feature under the name “National Citizens’ Village Tales.” This is a special year-end highlight, where each customer is invited to look back on their personal financial journey over the past year through the lens of a unique folk-culture narrative.

Instead of dry tables and figures, NCB customers will revisit their income and expenditure summary along with their own financial characteristics and personalities in the setting of a prosperous and lively village, with an engaging highlight being a system of characters drawn from familiar folk tales. Each “villager,” after a year of companionship, will be honored with proud titles associated with the images of Thach Sanh, Trang Quynh, Lang Lieu, Mai An Tiem, as well as many other characters.

The thoughtful integration of these characters not only makes customers’ financial stories more relatable, but also serves as NCB’s way of honoring the individuality and dedicated efforts of each customer throughout the year.

NCB 2025 Lookback will officially commence on January 16, 2025 on the NCB iziMobile application. From this moment, all NCB customers can open the app to explore their own stories and share this proud journey with friends and family.
