NOTICE OF CLOSURE OF INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

Dear Valued Customers,

The National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) sincerely thanks you for your trust and continued use of our services over the past time.

Pursuant to the regulations on the opening and use of accounts of the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank and the regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam, NCB hereby respectfully notifies that it will proceed with the closure of accounts with no transactions for a minimum period of 24 consecutive months, calculated up to and including December 31, 2025, and having a balance below the inactive account management fee threshold (VND 20,000 – excluding VAT).

Time of implementation for the closure of inactive accounts: January 2026.

To ensure that the account closure does not adversely affect customers, NCB respectfully requests customers who wish to continue using payment deposit account services to contact NCB Branches/Transaction Offices for assistance from our customer service staff.
