Notice on Adjustment to Transaction Authentication Methods on the E-Banking System for Corporate Customers

National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) respectfully announces the adjustment to transaction authentication methods on the E-Banking system for certain groups of corporate customers, in order to enhance safety and security in e-banking transactions and fully comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Accordingly, from July 1, 2026, NCB will implement the new authentication method for groups of corporate customers falling within the scope of adjustment.

1. Applicable subjects:

- Corporate customers with a business registration period of less than 12 months;

- Organizations newly establishing a relationship with NCB within 12 months;

- Business households and micro-enterprises applying the single-level transaction model on NCB’s E-Banking system.

2. Adjustment contents:

Transactions falling within the applicable scope will be authenticated by Smart OTP combined with biometrics of the Legal Representative of the Account Holder, according to each transaction group as prescribed by law and NCB’s regulations.

The application of this authentication method aims to enhance safety and security during transaction execution, while also meeting the requirements of regulatory authorities.
