NCB Tien Giang Branch Relocates Its Business Operations

The State Bank of Vietnam – Regional Branch No.10 has issued an official document approving the relocation of the headquarters of the The National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) Tien Giang Branch to Khanh Hoa Province. The move aims to enhance the operational efficiency of NCB’s branch network and product and service offerings, while accelerating the development of digital banking services.

Accordingly, NCB Tien Giang Branch will cease direct customer transactions at its current address: No. 12B6-12B7 Nguyen Trai Street, My Tho Ward, Dong Thap Province, effective from November 28, 2025 (expected date).

NCB affirms its commitment to fully safeguarding all legitimate rights and interests of customers who have previously transacted with NCB Tien Giang Branch. Customers of the Tien Giang Branch will continue to be welcomed and served at NCB Vinh Long Branch – Address: No. 3D-3E Hung Dao Vuong Street, Long Chau Ward, Vinh Long Province; Telephone: 0292 3781122, or at any other transaction office/branch within the nationwide network of the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

After ceasing operations at the Dong Thap location, NCB Tien Giang Branch will be officially renamed NCB Khanh Hoa Branch and relocate its head office to a new address in Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province.

Expected address of NCB Khanh Hoa Branch: No. 84A/4 Quang Trung Street, Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province.

Together with other NCB branches nationwide, NCB Khanh Hoa Branch is committed to delivering safe, modern, and efficient banking products and services, along with optimal and tailored financial solutions for both individual and corporate clients.
