NCB Among Top 10 “Enterprises of Choice 2025” in Vietnam’s Finance – Banking Sector

The National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) has been honored with four awards under the “Enterprise of Choice 2025” program, reaffirming its position as a reputable brand and one of the most attractive workplaces in Vietnam’s finance and banking industry.

The “Enterprise of Choice 2025” program is an annual initiative jointly organized by CareerViet and Amco Vietnam to recognize outstanding and well-loved enterprises as voted by employees across Vietnam. This marks the first year NCB has participated in the survey, and the bank has made an impressive debut in the prestigious rankings, reflecting its growing appeal as an employer brand, especially in the finance and banking sector.

Making Its Mark with Impressive Awards

According to the organizers, this year’s “Enterprise of Choice” program attracted more than 88,000 survey participants, 87% of whom are experienced professionals and 25% in management positions, representing employees from over 6,700 leading companies across 20 different industries. The results were transparently evaluated to objectively reflect employees’ perceptions of workplace environment, career opportunities, and corporate culture.

NCB received recognition in four key award categories in the “Enterprise of Choice 2025” program on its very first participation.

In its debut year, NCB surpassed many well-known names and was honored in four important categories: Top 3 – Most Loved by Internal Employees (Large Enterprise Group); Top 8 – Enterprise of Choice 2025 in the Finance – Banking – Securities Sector (Large Enterprise Group); Top 21 – Enterprise Offering an Impressive Recruitment Experience; and Top 32 – Enterprise of Choice 2025 (Large Enterprise Group).

This achievement not only highlights the growing appeal of NCB’s employer brand but also demonstrates that the bank’s human resources development strategy is on the right track — toward building a happy, cohesive, and sustainable working environment.

Sharing about the award, Ms. Nguyen Thi Cam Nhung – Deputy Director of Human Resources Management Division at NCB – said, “The Enterprise of Choice award is not only a recognition of NCB’s continuous efforts in building a happy workplace where our employees live, work, and enjoy the fruits of their labor, but also a motivation for the NCB team to stay united, dedicated, and contribute to collective growth.”
