NCB Phan Dang Luu – HCMC Relocates Transaction Office from April 20, 2026

With the aim of enhancing customer experience, continuing to serve customers with increasingly high standards, meeting the diverse transaction needs of individual and corporate customers, and with the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letter No. 2493/KV2-GS2 dated March 30, 2026, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Sai Gon Branch announces the relocation of NCB Phan Dang Luu Transaction Office to a new address with a modern and customer-friendly transaction space.

Accordingly, the4 National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank will change the name of NCB Phan Dang Luu Transaction Office to NCB Phan Xich Long Transaction Office and relocate its operations to the new premises, expected from April 20, 2026, as follows:

* Former address: 22A Phan Dang Luu Street, Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

* New address: 57-59 Phan Xich Long Street, Cau Kieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Together with NCB’s branches/transaction offices nationwide, NCB Phan Xich Long Transaction Office is committed to providing customers with safe, modern and efficient banking products and services, as well as optimal financial solutions tailored to individuals and the business community.

In addition, customers may also conduct online transactions through NCB’s digital banking services, including the NCB iziMobile application for individual customers and NCB iziBankbiz for corporate customers, which were upgraded and officially launched by NCB earlier this year with a user-friendly interface, diversified features, seamless experience, high security and significant time savings for transactions.
