NCB Nguyen Van Cu - Hanoi Changes Transaction Location from June 15, 2026

With the aim of enhancing customer experience, continuing to serve customers with increasingly higher standards, and meeting the diverse transaction needs of individual and corporate customers, and with the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 1 Branch under Official Letter No. 2375/KV1-QLGS1 issued on May 29, 2026, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Hanoi Branch will relocate the transaction location of NCB Nguyen Van Cu Transaction Office to a new address featuring a modern and customer-friendly space.

Accordingly, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank, NCB Nguyen Van Cu Transaction Office will relocate its operating location to a new office, expected from June 15, 2026, as follows:

Old address: No. 145 Hong Tien Street, Bo De Ward, Hanoi

New address: Floors 1-2-3, 490 Nguyen Van Cu Street, Bo De Ward, Hanoi

Together with NCB branches/transaction offices nationwide, NCB Nguyen Van Cu Transaction Office is committed to providing customers with safe, modern and efficient banking products and services, as well as optimal financial solutions best suited to individuals and the business community.

In addition, customers may also conduct online transactions via digital banking services: the NCB iziMobile application for individual customers and NCB iziBankbiz for corporate customers, which were upgraded and put into operation by NCB earlier this year with a user-friendly interface, diverse features, a seamless and secure experience, and maximum time savings for transaction processing.
