NCB Changes the Operating Location of Lac Long Quan Transaction Office – Sai Gon Branch

With the aim of enhancing customer experience, continuing to serve customers with increasingly higher standards, and meeting the diverse transaction needs of individual and corporate customers, and with the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letter No. 5107/KV2-GS2 issued on June 5, 2026, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Sai Gon Branch will relocate the transaction location of NCB Lac Long Quan Transaction Office to a new address featuring a modern and customer-friendly space.

Old name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Sai Gon Branch – Lac Long Quan Transaction Office – Ho Chi Minh City.

New address: New address: No. 79 Binh Quoi Street, Binh Quoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

New name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Sai Gon Branch – Thanh Da Transaction Office.
