NCB ANNOUNCES SUSPENSION OF DIGITAL BANKING SERVICES ON DEVICES WITH SECURITY RISK INDICATORS
In compliance with Circular No. 77/2025/TT-NHNN issued on December 31, 2025 by the State Bank of Vietnam on strengthening safety and security for the provision of online services in the banking sector, effective from March 1, 2026, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) hereby announces the suspension of digital banking services on devices showing signs of security risks.
Specifically, the NCB iziMobile and NCB iziMobiz digital banking applications will display warnings upon detecting potential threats or malicious codes present on mobile devices, and may LIMIT or DENY ACCESS to the NCB iziMobile and NCB iziMobiz applications on devices with security risk indicators as follows:
- Devices with operating systems that have been tampered with (Root / Jailbreak / Unlock Bootloader).
- Applications that have been modified, had their source code interfered with, or installed from unofficial sources.
- Runtime environments with debugging mode enabled (USB Debugging), emulators, or active debugging tools.

To ensure the applications operate normally and securely, Customers are kindly requested to:
1️⃣ Install applications from official sources
Only download NCB iziMobile from the App Store or Google Play.
2️⃣ Disable debugging mode (Android)
Go to Settings → Developer Options → Turn off USB Debugging / ADB Debugging.
3️⃣ Use original devices
Do not use devices that have been rooted/jailbroken or had system interference.

NCB strongly recommends that Customers:
- DO NOT install applications via unknown links
- DO NOT disclose OTPs, passwords, or authentication codes via phone calls or social networks
