NCB Announces Relocation of Two Transaction Offices in Ho Chi Minh City

With the aim of enhancing customer experience, continuing to serve customers with increasingly high standards, meeting the diverse transaction needs of individual and corporate customers, and with the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letters No. 1838/KV2-GS2 and No. 1839/KV2-GS2 dated March 9, 2026, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Saigon Branch has relocated the transaction premises of two NCB Transaction Offices, namely NCB Nguyen Van Troi and NCB Truong Chinh, to new addresses featuring modern and customer-friendly spaces.

Accordingly, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) would like to respectfully announce the relocation of NCB Truong Chinh Transaction Office – Ho Chi Minh City, expected from March 30, 2026, as follows:

Also effective from March 30, 2026, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank will relocate the operating premises and change the name of NCB Nguyen Van Troi Transaction Office as follows:

NCB Nguyen Van Troi Transaction Office is renamed to NCB Phu Nhuan Transaction Office

Old address: No. 287A Nguyen Van Troi, Phu Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

New address: Ground Floor and Mezzanine Floor, Building No. 62 Tran Huy Lieu, Phu Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
