In 2026, NCB targets completing its charter capital increase to VND 29,280 billion, three years ahead of the schedule set in the restructuring plan. If completed, this will mark the Bank’s fourth consecutive capital increase within five years (2022-2026). This not only helps NCB ensure capital adequacy in accordance with regulations and strengthen financial resources for business expansion, but also demonstrates the Bank’s strong determination materialized through concrete actions to achieve its ambitious targets. Leading the market in capital growth over the past five years also reflects the high level of confidence and support from shareholders and investors in NCB’s new development journey.

It is reported that in 2026, NCB will focus on individual customers in major urban areas, tapping into customer ecosystems of strategic partners, leading enterprises in construction and supply sectors, contractors for national key projects, tourism-related business chains and diversifying funding sources from the interbank market and investment funds.
