National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank Amends Its Establishment and Operation License

On 15 December 2025, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 3895/QĐ-NHNN on the amendment of the charter capital stated in the Establishment and Operation License of the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB).

Accordingly, the SBV amends Article 2 of the Establishment and Operation License of the commercial joint stock bank No. 12/GP-NHNN dated 10 March 2023 issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam to the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank as follows:

Article 2: The charter capital of National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank is VND 19,279,847,510,000 (Nineteen trillion, two hundred seventy-nine billion, eight hundred forty-seven million, five hundred ten thousand Vietnamese dong).

This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing and shall constitute an integral and inseparable part of the Establishment and Operation License No. 12/GP-NHNN dated 10 March 2023 issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam to the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
