Notification of Location Change for NCB Dong Thap Branch

In order to enhance the quality of products, services, and customer experience, and to accelerate the development of digital banking services, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) will cease operations at its Dong Thap Branch, change the branch's name, and relocate its headquarters to a new address, as follows:

1. Unit Ceasing Operations:

- Name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Dong Thap Branch.

- Address: 183 – 185 Hung Vuong, Ward 2, Cao Lanh City, Dong Thap Province.

2. Effective Date of Cessation: With the approval from the State Bank of Vietnam and relevant authorities, NCB Dong Thap Branch will cease operations at the above-mentioned address starting from April 12, 2025. Simultaneously, NCB Dong Thap Branch will be renamed NCB Thanh Hoa Branch and relocate its headquarters to Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province.

3. Customer Transactions:

Customer transactions at NCB Dong Thap Branch will continue to be facilitated through the following channels:

- Can Tho Branch – Address: 257 30/04 Street, Xuan Khanh Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City; Tel: (0292) 3781122

- Other transaction offices/branches within the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank network nationwide.

- Online transactions via digital banking services: NCB iziMobile for individual customers and NCB iziBankbiz for business customers.
