The National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) respectfully extends our warmest greetings and sincere appreciation for your trust and companionship throughout the years.

To ensure compliance with tax regulations and continuously enhance and develop a modern, transparent, and digitalized governance platform, NCB hereby informs you of the implementation of centralized tax declaration, tax payment, and invoice management at NCB’s Head Office, effective from 01 January 2026.

Accordingly, all goods and service transactions arising at all NCB Branches/Transaction Offices will uniformly use the following Head Office information:

This change in invoice information does not affect service quality or any rights and obligations previously agreed upon with our valued customers. We will proactively coordinate with customers to sign an Addendum for adjusting invoice information (if requested by the customer and compliant with legal regulations and the customer’s internal policies) during December 2025.
