Notice on Adjustment of SMS Banking Service Fee Schedule for Individual Customers

Effective from September 1, 2025, NCB will officially adjust the SMS Banking Service Fee Schedule for individual customers as follows:

- Service fee (VAT included): VND 770/SMS × number of balance change notifications received.

- Minimum fee: VND 33,000/Account/Phone number/Month.

- Maximum fee: VND 99,000/Account/Phone number/Month.

Scope of application: Applicable to all individual customers currently using SMS Banking services.

Note:

Customers may cancel the registration for receiving balance change notifications via SMS if not needed and switch to receiving balance change notifications via NCB iziMobile completely free of charge.
