By building an engaging, effective work environment connected with digital culture development, NCB was excellently honored in both categories above.

In the category “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2025,” NCB was honored with an excellent score of 4.67/5 points. In particular, all three factors—Core values, Self values, Group values—achieved scores of 4.53 – 4.69 – 4.78 respectively, far surpassing the average score of surveyed enterprises and higher than NCB’s own scores in previous years. This is also the third consecutive year that NCB has received this prestigious award from HRAA.

In 2025, human resources work continues to be one of the key focuses invested and developed by NCB. The bank continuously builds and improves comprehensive HR policies, focusing on human development, team cohesion, and talent attraction with six main pillars: Compensation and benefits; Development opportunities; Culture and environment; Empowering leadership; Ideal work; and Corporate reputation. Up to now, NCB has been known as a “new destination” for banking human resources.

This is the 3rd consecutive year that NCB has been honored as “Best Companies to Work for in Asia.”

With a workforce consisting of three generations, of which Gen Y and Gen Z account for the majority, and many new senior personnel joining the system in recent years, NCB has focused on strategies for service quality development and digital transformation capability, team cohesion, and development of a multi-generational environment full of opportunities for growth, challenges, and advancement.

Not only shaping an increasingly distinctive NCB HR DNA, all NCB’s activities closely follow the five core values “Loyalty – Trust – Dedication – Sophistication – Flourishment,” acting as the red thread forming NCB’s identity in the market and connecting NCB staff into a unified whole. There, all differences are respected and encouraged so that generations complement, share, and learn from each other, creating the image of NCB people in the new era—dynamic, creative, passionate, and wholeheartedly devoted to NCB’s breakthrough developments and bringing good values to the community.

Sharing about the award, Mr. Ta Kieu Hung, CEO of NCB, said, “We create attraction from compensation policies that can be affirmed as competitive in the market, broad development opportunities for employees, especially young talents, with the guidance of an experienced, dedicated, visionary, and capable senior management team, along with an open empowerment mechanism. NCB employees are equipped with the necessary tools and skills to flexibly, promptly, and effectively adapt to the development context in the new era, bonded by diverse internal activities and a corporate culture that we nurture every day.”
