NCB PRIORITY CUSTOMER CARE PROGRAM 2025

The National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) is pleased to announce the implementation of the Birthday Gift Program for Priority Customers – NCB Priority in 2025, with the following details:

1. Program Duration:

From July 1, 2025 to March 1, 2026.

2. Scope of Implementation:

At all NCB branches and transaction offices nationwide.

3. Eligible Customers:

Customers classified as Priority Customers (PCs) based on NCB’s internal classification decisions from time to time.

4.  Privileges and Benefits:

NCB Priority Customers will enjoy exclusive privileges, including:

- Dedicated service provided by personal relationship managers;

- Priority access and transactions in designated service areas for Priority Customers;

- Preferential policies on deposit interest rates, loan interest rates, service fees, and/or other financial incentives in accordance with NCB’s current regulations;
