NCB Inaugurates New Branch in Thanh Hoa
On June 10, 2025, the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) officially inaugurated its Thanh Hoa Branch at Lots 02–03 Phan Chu Trinh Street, Dien Bien Ward, Thanh Hoa City, offering effective financial solutions for businesses and residents in the province.
The grand opening ceremony was honored by the presence of leaders from the People’s Committee of Thanh Hoa Province, the People’s Committee of Thanh Hoa City, representatives from the State Bank of Vietnam, as well as NCB’s management, partners, and valued customers.

In recent years, thanks to strong investments in infrastructure and technology solutions, product and service development, and organizational restructuring, NCB has undergone a comprehensive transformation, significantly enhancing its position and competitiveness in the market. NCB was the first bank to implement account opening via the Ministry of Public Security’s VNeID e-identification application, enabling the public to access financial services quickly, securely, and conveniently—supporting the Government's direction on cashless payments and digital transformation. In May, NCB received approval from the State Bank of Vietnam to raise its charter capital to over VND 19,200 billion, further strengthening its competitive capacity, business development, and implementation of its new strategic direction.
In 2025, NCB targets total assets of VND 135,500 billion and customer deposits of VND 118,500 billion, representing respective increases of 14.6% and 23.2% compared to 2024 performance. Customer lending is expected to grow by 35% to over VND 96,000 billion. Additionally, the bank aims to increase its customer base by 424,000 compared to 2024. Currently, NCB is aggressively implementing its new strategy and driving digital transformation, aspiring to become a hub of financial service innovation and a pioneer in developing technology-based products and services.
