In an effort to provide customers with an exceptional experience, NCB Bank to set up its Cloud Computing infrastructure on Google Cloud

On April 9, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) officially signed a cooperation agreement to deploy Cloud Computing Solutions and Centralized Data Management System on Google Cloud platform with two leading technology partners, CMC Telecom and LUMIQ.

According to the signing content, NCB will collaborate with CMC Telecom to implement Google Cloud's cloud computing infrastructure, which is offered by its prominent partner Google. Simultaneously, the bank will collaborate with partner LUMIQ to implement the centralized data platform, Data Platform, in accordance with the contemporary worldwide standard, Data LakeHouse architecture. This implementation will completely adhere to the technical standards, criteria, and rules set by the State Bank of Vietnam.

By utilizing state-of-the-art Cloud infrastructure and adhering to the highest global security standards, the Bank will enhance its operations, increase its technological infrastructure capacity, reduce costs, and expedite the implementation of technology projects to support its operations and business.

The implementation of the new Data Platform will enhance NCB's ability to manage and utilize data effectively. It will enable the standardization of centralized data quality, implementation of decentralization mechanisms based on the matrix, and the ability to trace and safeguard data. Furthermore, through the use of sophisticated data analysis methodologies, the bank will enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and attain optimal performance in strategic planning and corporate decision-making. Conversely, the data platform serves as a crucial foundation for implementing artificial intelligence and big data applications (AI & BigData), facilitating NCB in introducing new goods and delivering exceptional user experience to customers in the future.

Google Cloud, the world's premier provider of cloud computing infrastructure, is responsible for implementing the cloud computing infrastructure for NCB. NCB has inked an agreement with LUMIQ, a business that specializes in data and analysis and has over two decades of expertise in delivering data projects for various customers in the finance industry on a global scale. This agreement pertains to the centralized data management system, also known as the Data Platform.

NCB collaborates with partner LUMIQ to implement the Data Platform
