GUIDELINES FOR UPDATING LEGAL IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS AND BIOMETRIC INFORMATION FOR CORPORATE CUSTOMERS

Pursuant to Circular No. 17/2024/TT-NHNN of the State Bank of Vietnam, corporate customers are required to complete the verification and matching of valid identification documents as well as biometric information of the Legal Representative of the account holder when conducting payment transactions via electronic means.

In order to ensure that your online transactions are not disrupted, the Bank hereby respectfully notifies and provides guidance to customers on how to update identification documents and biometric information.

Subjects

Legal Representative;
Authorized Representative.

Authorized Representative;
Chief Accountant / Person in charge of accounting, etc.

Conditions

Customers possess a chip-based Citizen Identity Card / Identity Card;
Customers have electronic devices (mobile phone/smartphone/…) that support NFC.

Method

Users approve update requests for: Legal Representative and Authorized Representative.

Users approve update requests for: Legal Representative and Authorized Representative.
Other users update information for: Chief Accountant, Person in charge of accounting, Authorized person for accounting, etc.
