GUIDELINES FOR BIOMETRIC INFORMATION UPDATE FOR CORPORATE CUSTOMERS

In compliance with Circular No. 17/2024/TT-NHNN on the opening and use of current accounts, the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) respectfully informs our valued customers regarding the update of biometric information as follows:

1.  Deadline for Update:

- The legal representative of the Corporate Customer must complete the biometric information update by July 1, 2025.

- After this deadline, if the update has not been completed, fund transfer and withdrawal transactions via electronic banking services will be temporarily suspended to ensure legal compliance and enhance security.

2. Subject to Biometric Information Collection (*)

Legal representatives of Corporate Customers (CCs) who have registered their information with NCB, including:

- Legal Representative;

- Authorized Representative.

In case the Legal Representative is a foreign national, please visit any NCB Branch/Transaction Office in person to complete the biometric information update.

(*): collectively referred to as Customer.

3. Conditions for Biometric Information Collection:

- Possess a valid Citizen ID Card with an integrated chip;

- Use an electronic device with NFC reading capability (e.g., smartphone);

- Biometric update to be performed via the NCB iziMobiz application.

4. Instructions on NCB iziMobiz Application:

Step 1: Open the iziMobiz app → Select “Settings” → “Enterprise Information”

Step 2: Prepare your chip-based Citizen ID Card, take a photo of the back side, and scan NFC information

Step 3: Perform facial liveness detection and verify information as instructed

To avoid service disruption, we kindly request that customers proactively complete the biometric information update by the specified deadline.
