Birthday Gift Program for Priority Customers 2025

The National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) is pleased to announce the implementation of the Birthday Gift Program for Priority Customers – NCB Priority in 2025, as follows:

1. Program Duration:

From March 1, 2025 to March 1, 2026.

2. Scope of Implementation:

At all NCB branches and transaction offices nationwide.

3. Eligible Participants:

Customers categorized as Priority Customers in accordance with NCB’s decisions from time to time.

4. Privileges and Benefits:

NCB Priority Customers will enjoy exclusive privileges, including:

* Dedicated service by personal relationship managers.

* Priority reception and transactions at designated Priority Customer service areas.

* Preferential policies on deposit interest rates, loan interest rates, service fees, and/or other financial benefits as regulated by NCB from time to time.

* Premium birthday gifts corresponding to the customer’s priority tier, specifically as follows:

* Birthday gifts for Priority Customers may be subject to change according to NCB’s regulations from time to time.
